ACT PRO & Business Services was started by childhood friends Ahmed Al Suwaidi and Michael Samuel. One is a member of the influential Al Suwaidi family from Sharjah, and the other is a British national, born and raised in the Emirates. Originally established to manage the internal requirements of their group of companies. The expansion was a result of the lack of professional and elite Government-Administration service providers in the country. Filling in the role of a focused and intelligent partner, ACT PRO & Business Services emerged as a leading corporate service provider and support system for businesses across the GCC and the United Arab Emirates.

We concern ourselves with matters relating to company setup, company restructuring, free corporate sponsorship, and corporate PRO services. There are a lot of agencies that do what we do. They share the same know-how, but we at ACT work towards what makes business sense and don’t work with just business experience.
