The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys (SZPAB) opened in late August 2015. It is a continuation of the success and reputation of The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Girls, which was established in 2000 to fulfill the vision of the Late President, and the founder of the UAE, H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. SZPAB is a blended curriculum school, combining the American Massachusetts State Common Core curriculum, with the UAE Ministry of Education curriculum, offering programs such as UAE National Studies and My Identity.
The school is unique in the UAE in offering its Eyal Zayed Program, a joint project between the UAE Armed Forces and The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys.
